摘要
观察了国产奥美拉唑抗实验性胃溃疡的作用．奥美拉唑能明显抑制阿斯匹林所致小鼠胃溃疡、小鼠应激性胃溃疡和组胺所致豚鼠胃溃疡，其抗溃疡作用强于同剂量的盐酸雷尼替丁．
The anti-ulcer activity of omeprazole was studied on aspirin induced gastric ulcer and restraint ulcer in mice and histamine-induced gastric ulcer inguinea pigs.Omeprazole Possesses significant anti-ulcer activity in all the three experimental models and is more potent than ranitidine hydrochloride.
