摘要
为了研究振动对生物体内物质的耗散作用,本文用药代动力学的方法在振动频率为20Hz,加速度为1.1g与50Hz,4.4g的条件下分别测试了小鼠体内血、肝与肾组织中磺胺啮咬(SD)在1至9小时内的分布,结果表明:20Hz实验组血中SD浓度峰伍比对照组提前3小时,在振动1小时时,小鼠体内血、肝与肾组织中SD含量均比对照组高,但振动3小时至9小时内,其含量均比对照组低,从管道气栓体外模拟实验与本文的研究可得到启示:在上述频率与强度条件下,振动对生物体可能有促进血液循环的作用。
In order to understand the effects of vibration on the material dissipation in the organism, the dis-tribution of SD in mice was observed by the method of the pharmacokinetics,Awhole-body vibration at the fre-quency of 20Hz or 50Hz was applied to 84 mice for 1-9hours.the vibration produced changes of the distributionof SD in mice: For the blood peak of SD in mice,the experin1ent group at 20Hz was 3 hours earlier than the con-trol group.It also showed that for the concenration of SD in the blood,liver , kidney tissues, the experimentgroups by vibration exposure were higher than the control group at 1 hour,but they were lower from 3 hours to9hours. This indicates that the vibration may raise the blood velocity in the arterioles and the capillaries.
