摘要
目的探讨桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤的手术治疗及疗效。方法采用2种不同的手术方式对桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤进行治疗。结果刮除、骨水泥充填术后复发率为25%,而游离腓骨移植病例无复发。结论完整病骨段截除游离腓骨移植复发率较传统刮除、骨水泥充填术为低,GCT的手术类型是影响术后复发的重要因素。
Objective To explore the treatment of giant cell tumor of bone at distal radiu. Methods 2 operative methods were used for treating giant cell tumor of bone. Results There was 25%recurrence rate in bone curettage and filling .There was no recurrence in diseased bone resection plus free fibular transplantation. Conclusions The recurrence rate is lower by completely diseased bone resection plus free fibular transplantation than by traditional methods of bone curettage and filling.the operative type is a significant factor effecting on the recurrence of GCT.
