摘要
目的探讨心理门诊咨询人群的心理健康状况,为普及心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL90)对1429名心理咨询者进行评定,随机抽取其中285例,与全国常模、不同性别、不同年龄常模进行比较分析。结果285例咨询者SCL90各标准分均显著高于全国常模;男、女两组比较发现躯体化、焦虑、敌对因子存在差异;不同年龄组SCL90绝大多数因子评分显著高于国内常模。结论咨询者的心理健康状况低于一般人群,咨询者中心理问题的出现无明显的性别、年龄段的差别,必须迅速普及心理学知识。
Objective:To explore the psychological health status of con su ltants in outpatient clinic and provide data for popular psychological health ed ucation.Methods:One thousand four hundred and twenty nine consultants in outpat ient were interviewed using Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)and 285 of them were r andomly select with the method of random sampling.The scores were compared with national norm and among different sexes and ages.Results:The scores of SCL-90 w ere significantly higher in 285 consultants than these of national norm.There wa s a significant difference of somatization, anxiety and hostility between male a nd female.The most factorial scores among different ages were significantly high er than those in the national norm.Conclusion:The psychological health status o f consultants in outpatient are worse than common population.There is not signi ficantly difference of psychological health status between different sex and age of consultants in outpatient clinic.The health education must be spreaded popul arly.
