摘要
企业边界是企业能力的一种体现,企业边界的确定是和交易成本、生产成本、组织成本密切相关。本文通过模型确定了三种不同情况下的企业的边界相图。
The corporation boundaries are performance of the its capacity, and are closely relatied with transaction cost, production cost and organization cost. The corporation boundaries mapping is ascertained by models in this paper.
