摘要
介绍了目前我国图书馆人力资源管理的现状,提出了做好对图书馆人力资源的管理和开发工作的措施,指出图书馆人才资源管理与开发是一项重要的系统工程,需要我们在实践中不断完善和发展。
This paper introduces the present situation of the management and development of library's human resources in China, puts forward some measures for doing well the management and development of library's human resources, and points out that the management and development of library's human resources is an important system engineering, which needs continuous improving and developing in the practice.
