温度对日本林蛙早期胚胎发育的影响

EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE ON THE EARLY EMBRYONIC DEVELOPMENT OF RANA JAPONICA GUENTHER

摘要 日本林蛙早期胚胎的最适发育温度为22—24℃,最高限温30℃,4℃以下不能发育,耐受温度范围为4—28℃。在适宜的发育温度范围内,水温每升高2℃,发育总时程缩短12—20%。高温或低温对发育的影响,早期比晚期明显。 The present paper deals with the effect of temperature on the early embryonic development of Rana japonica japonica Guenther. The most suitable temperature of the embryonic development is about 22-24℃. The limited maximal temperature is 30℃. It cannot develop below 4℃. The range of temperature in which it can stand is between 4-28℃.In the suitable temperature ranget the development speed of embryos increases with the rise of the temperature. As temperature rises 2℃, the time of developmental duration decreases 12-20%. Higher or lower temperature effects embryonic development of Rana japonica japonica more obviously in its early stage than in its late stage.
