介绍了一种用CPLD和单片机实现的带有USB接口的功能强大的多道脉冲幅度分析器。CPLD主要负责完成整个谱数据的获取和存储,单片机负责谱数据的传输、稳峰、高压显示和控制等。
<Abstrcat> This paper discusses a powerful MCA with USB interface with CPLD and MCU. CPLD is mainly responsible for finishing conversion and memory of the whole spectra data. MCU is mainly responsible for transmission of spectra data, stabilizing peak, displaying and adjusting high voltage etc.
