摘要
三年研究探明了KS—14、KS—9及KS—7等籼稻光敏核不育系育性表达的光温条件。其稳定不育临界光长下限,KS—14早季为13小时32分,晚季为12小时54分;KS—9及KS—7早季为13小时40分,晚季为13小时02分。早晚两季不育临界光长差异与育性变换敏感期的温度高低有关。稳定可育临界光长上限,KS—14为12小时51分,KS—9及KS—7为12小时58分。三个光敏核不育系稳定不育相应温度,最高为35℃,平均28℃;稳定可育的温度,最高为30℃,平均25℃。光照长度是控调这三个光敏核不育系育性表达的主导因子,温度是修饰因子;长光高温在育性变换敏感期连续作用12天以上,可诱导全不育;5天以内的短期低温对不育性表达没有不良影响。
Through a research for 3 years in succeeion, conditions of light and temperature for the expression of fertility of three indica photosensitive genie sterile lines KS-14, KS-9 and KS-7 were explored. The lower limit of critical light duration for stable sterieization of KS-14 was 13 hours and 32 minutes in early season and 12 hours and 54 minutes in late Season,and that of KS-9 and KS-7 both were 13 hours and 40 minutes in early season and 13 hours and 2 minutes in lates eason. The differences of the critical light duration for sterile sensitization in early and late seasons were correlated with the temperature during the sensitization period when sterile changed to fitile. The upper limit of critical light duration for fertile sensitization of KS-14 was 12 hours and 51 minutes and those of KS-9 and KS-7 both were 12 hours and 58 minutes. The maximum and average temperature for stable sterile sensitization of the three sterile lines were 35℃ and 28℃, and those for stable fertile sensitization were 3ot and 25℃, respectively. It was verified that light duration is a dominant factor and temperature is a modified factor which control the expression of fertility of the three sterile lines. They can be induced into complete sterility under a long duration and high temperature condition continuously lastiug for 12 days. Low temperature in a short period within 5 days has no adverse effects on the expression of sterility.
