低温季节麻醉床温度对术后病人体温的影响观察

摘要 目的探讨麻醉床温度对手术后病人体温的影响及舒适度变化。方法选择术前体温正常,室温在8-12℃时进行微创腔镜手术患者180例.按手术顺序单双数随机分为观察组和对照组各90例。观察组麻醉床加用电热毯调节床温.对照组常规铺麻醉床.分别观察术后患者的寒颤情况和体温变化。结果术后观察组和对照组的自觉症状和体温变化经统汁学处理差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论低温季节提高麻醉床温度能有效恢复术后病人的体温,减轻寒颤.增加舒适度。
