摘要
根据供应链管理的原理,从顾客的需求和变化出发,分析了供应链管理对企业经营管理的重要性。针对当前云南林业产业开发的现状,阐述了采用供应链管理必须注意的一些问题。
Based on the principle of supply chain management, catering to the instantly responsive variation of customers, the importance of supply chain management to the business of enterprises is analyzed. According to the present condition of forest industry in Yunnan province, several problems should be paid more attention in the application of supply chain management.
