摘要
以7个低芥酸品系和1个高芥酸品种为材料,研究了甘蓝型油菜低芥新品系的性状特点和选择指数。结果表明:①与高芥品种比较,我国目前育出的低芥新品系,其单株角果数已不是制的产量的主要矛盾,而真正的限制性因素是单果粒重。②根颈粗、每果粒数和单果粒重在遗传上与单株产量呈极显著正相关,这些相关关系可在今后的低芥新品系的选择中子以利用。③在以株高、根颈粗、每果粒数和单果粒重组合成的15个选择指数中,以每果粒数和单果粒重构成的y=0.9665X_6+90.7281X_8最优,相对效率达155.48;以根颈粗、每果粒数和单果粒重构成的y=2.4996X_2+0.8809X_6+85.9038X_8在实践上也有一定的利用价值。这一结果也表明在今后的低芥品系选育中似应加强每果粒数、单果粒重和根颈粗的选择。
The characteristics of some traits and selection indices of rape (Brassica napus L.) were
studied through seven lines with low erucic acid (LEA) and one high erucic acid (HEA)
cultivar. The results showed: 1. Compared with HEA cultivar, the number of siqiluae per plant of new LEA rape lines which were developed recently in China has not important component for inc-creasing seed yield. But seed weight per siliqua is a restrictive factor. 2. The correlation coefficient between the diameter of collar or the number of seeds per siliqua or the seed weight per siliqua and seed yield per plant in heredity is positive (P<0.01) . This correlation could be used in selection for new LEA rape lines. 3. Among fifteen Selection indices combinated by one to four characters, the combination of the number of seeds per siliqua and the seed weight per siliqua (Y = 0.9665Xe + 90.7281X8) is more superior than other's and its relative efficiency is 155.48. The cumber of seeds per siliqua and the Seed weight per siliqua (Y = 2.4996X2 +0.8809X8+85.9038X8) is valuable in selection also. This fact indicated that we should put emphas of our selection on the number of seeds per siliqua. the weight per siliqua and the diameter of collar
