摘要
本文分析了两个相互关联的核心概念社会资本与政治稳定,以此论证社会主义和谐社会的建设路径。文章提出,政治稳定是衡量和谐社会的一个基本指标,因此政治稳定应当成为和谐社会构建过程中的一个基本目标,在关于如何构建和谐社会这一点上,文章认为可以考虑从社会资本的角度切入,以国家法团主义模式应对当代中国社会资本的构建问题,通过国家主导的方式在社会积极培养能够积累社会资本的社会组织,并进而带来社会的持久繁荣和稳定。
This paper focuses upon the relationship between social capital and political stability to testify the possible path to harmonious society. The paper points out that political stability is the basic variable of harmonious society, and political stability should be a basic goal to construct harmonious society. On how to construct it, this paper regards China should select the mode of state corporatism, fostering social organizations for cumulating social capital by the state-dominated way, so as to obtain durable prosperity and stability.
