摘要
采用制粒技术可以有效克服矿石泥质成分对浸堆渗透性的影响。生物预氧化技术的采用可以使硫化矿物(黄铁矿、砷黄铁矿等)包裹金矿物类型的低品位矿石用堆浸方法处理。焙烧或氯化则可使矿石中的“劫金”碳质物得到钝化,从而消除碳对金浸出率的影响。采用氨氧浸出、酸浸等方法可消除矿石中消耗氰化物的铜、锌等贱金属,从而提高堆浸金浸出率。
Agglomeration-heap leaching could overcome the deleterious effects of clay and slime materials on permeability of ore heaps; Bio-oxidation could liberate gold enclosed by sulfides,such as pyrite,arsenopyrite,etc.to allow the ores treated by heap-leaching. Roasting or chlorination could deactivate carbonaceous materials to eliminate theirs effects on recovering gold. Ammonia-cyanide and acid leaching surmount cyanide consumption of base metals as copper,zinc.
