摘要
作者通过对西部大开发战略实施效果的简要回顾,从如何提高总体开发效果的高度,探讨了进一步实施好西部大开发必须重点处理的关系和问题,提出了进一步完善西部大开发的政策建议。
Through brief reviewing effect of great development of west China, the authors discuss how to handle the relations and problems in further carrying out the great development, and put forward some policy suggestions to perfect the great development.
