摘要
采用端视ICP光谱法测定水中的微量元素。选择了仪器工作条件:功率在950 W时测定Ag、Al,在1150 W时测定Cu、Cd、Pb、Zn、Fe、Mn、Al、Cr,雾化压力为0.14 Pa,进样量在1.2-1.8ml/min, 分析线为Cu 324.7nm、Cd 228.8 nm、Pb 220.3 nm、Fe 259.9nm、Zn 213.8nm、Mn 257.6nm、Cr 205. 5nm、Ag328.0 nm、Al 396.1nm,测定了各元素的检出限,结果为铜、铅、锌、镉、铁、银、铬、铝、锰的测定下限分别为(μg/l):2.0、10.0、1.0、2.0、2.5、15.0、3.0、25.0、1.5;测得加标回收试验回收率为94%-101%;样品测定的相对标准偏差为0.67%-3.42%;水中常见元素对各元素测定的干扰可以不计;测定了涪江原水、出厂水、管网水等样品。
The microelements in living water samples were determined by ICP - AES. The work conditions of ICP spectrometer were established; The low determination limits were determined and shown as follow (ppb); Cu 2.0, Pb 10.0, Zn 1.0, Cd 2.0, Fe 2.5, Ag 15.0, Cr 3.0, Al 25.0, Mn 1.5; The recovery of this method is 94%-101% ; The analytical RSD is 0.67%-3.42% ;The interference of elements in living water donot effect the determination; Several kind of water samples were determined; The result is satisfactory.
