摘要
研究并验证了评价具有部分抗性特点大量资源材料的方法,证明分多次简单记载法是可行的。344份材料的鉴定结果表明,西藏条锈病流行适区大麦种质资源的抗性特点表现为苗期抗性差,而成株期抗性类型丰富。其成株期对条锈菌的抗性反应可分为全感、中感、抗变感、感抗互变、感变抗、全抗、无发病等七类。这可能是西藏大麦与条锈菌经历了长期共同选择进化的结果。
Evaluating partial resistance for a large amount of Tibetan barley germ-plasms to Puccinia striiformis .sp.hordei was studied. The results revealed that the method making simple records of disease development several times under the natural epidemic condition was convenient and feasible. Resistance of Tibetan barley germplasms was found to be susceptible in the seedling stage, while to have a wide spectrum of resistance such as S,MS, MR, and R in the adult stage.This could be attributed to the elongated coevolution of barley and the rust fungi in Tibet.
