摘要
目的了解我院手术及诊断性操作知情同意书填写状况。方法抽查我院2003年1月至6月出院内外科病案共500份进行统计。结果在抽查的500份病案中,全部符合要求的326份,占65.2%,存在问题的134份,占26.8%,有40份没有填写知情同意书。结论填写好知情同意书,提高对知情同意书重要性的认识,是减少医疗纠纷的重要途径。
Objective To investigate the quality of the letters of consent in a hospital. Methods The 500 medical records from Jan. to Jun. 2003 in Chinese PLA general Hospital were sampled at random. Results 326(65.2%) documents in good quantity were found in the total 500 medical records; 134(26.8%) are in poor quantity and 40 medical records are lack of the letters of consent. Conclusion Filling the letters of consent earnestly and enhancing the sense of the letter of consent is the important way to reduce the medical disputes.
