摘要
扩大中等收入者对于改变我国不稳定的金字塔型社会结构,实现全面建设小康社会以及社会主义和谐社会的战略目标都有重要的意义;从我国低收入群体过多的现实国情出发,中等收入者的标准不宜定的太高;扩大中等收入者比重要靠经济的发展,同时政府给予相应群体有利政策的安排也是极为必要的。
Enlarging the rate of medium-income social stratum has an important meaning to change our social structure of the unstable pyramid and build up a well-to-do society.According to the reality that our country has the excessive population of low-income,the standard of medium-income social stratum should not be made too high.The realization of the target depends on the development of our economy and it is necessary for the government to make active policies for low-income people.
