摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,研究了23种天牛成虫及幼虫的酯酶、淀粉酶、细胞色素氧化酶等3种同工酶,并对同工酶在天牛科生化分类上的应用作了探讨。
Esterase, Amylose, and Cytochrome Oxidase in 23 species of ceram- bycids were investigated with polyacrylami de gel electrophoresis method. Significant differences are shown on electrophoregram among species, bo- th for adults and larvae. Certain differences can be found even among the species difficult to be distinguished in morphology. The main zym- ogram bands of samples taken from the same species are usually identi- cal and stable, even though polymorphism may exist in some bands. So it is feasible to set up a key of eletrophoregram to diseriminate or identify the cerambycids. This is especially useful for immature sta- ges and sibling species.
