摘要
用Kempthorne ＆ Curnaw的部分双列杂文和Griffing的完全双列杂交法4,对比分析了玉米抽丝期、株高和单株产量等性状。除s=3的部分双列杂交外,其余部分双列杂交与完全双列杂交结果基本一致。因此,部分双列杂交是一种有用的玉米育种方法。
Partial diallel crosses introduced by Kempthorne, O. and Curnow, R. N. and complete diallel cross introduced by Griffing, B. were used to study the days of silking, plant height and weight of grain per plant in corn. The present investigation shows that results of full diallel are consistent with the results of partial diallel sets for all possible values of s except s=3. The results obtained indicate that partial diallel crosses are useful methods for corn breeding.
