摘要
研究焙烧温度对HZSM-5负载金属催化剂表面性质及对环己酮二聚物脱氢反应活性及结焦性能的影响,结果发现Pd/HZSM-5于600℃焙烧3h后,催化剂具有良好的脱氢能力和抗结焦能力,环己酮二聚物的转化率达到90%以上,邻苯基苯酚(OPP)的选择性高于91%。
The influences were studied on the surface properties of the HZSM-5 zeolite supported metal catalyst and the dehydrogenation activity of cyclohexenyl cyclohexanone to o-phenylphenol and resistance to coking by calcination under different temperature. The results show that after calcinations at 600 ℃ for 3 hours,Pd/HZSM-5 has good capacity of dehydrogenation and resistance to coking.The conversion rate of cyclohexenyl cyclohexanone is as high as 90%,and the selectivity of O-phenylphenol is more than 91%.
