摘要
辽河化肥厂由于天然气供应量逐年下降,装置连续运行受到威胁。生产技术部门认为采用自热换热式转化技术可以达到节气增产的目的,与财务部门联合测算改造后合成氨、尿素产量能够得到提高、单位成本下降幅度较大,比改造前创造更多的效益,从经济角度此项改造完全可行。预计2005年综合能耗及经济效益等各项指标可以完全实现改造的预期效果。
Due to the yearly successively decrease of natural gas supplying, it has had bad effect on the continuous running of units for Liaohe chemical Fertilizer Plant. It's considered by Production & Technology Department that the selfheating exchange converting technology can be used so as to economize the gas and increase the output. When making the evaluation combined with Financial Department, we have got to know that the output of synthefic ammonia and urea shall be increased and unit cost decreased considerably after reform. This will give more efficieney than before. Therefore, it's considered feasible to do this reform
