摘要
随着我国经济体制改革的深入和市场开放程度的急剧扩大,特别是随着高等教育规模的扩张,高校的办学指导思想、办学机制等方面的深入探讨与改革已成为重要的研究课题。文章试就高校人本管理理念的现实意义、实践要求和实施途径等方面进行论述。
<Abstrcat>With the penetrating reform of our country's economic system and the extending scale of the market, especially with the expanding of colleagues and universities education, deep explorations and reforms of school operating mechanism have become a very important subject to be probed into. This paper tries to have a systematic illustration on theoretical innovation, realistic significance and practical requirement of school operating notions of colleagues and universities.
