摘要
本文以Bi2O3为主要助熔剂;用离子替代技术,成功地生长出了GdBiIG单晶,并用磁光调制倍频法测得其近红外波段(0.7~1.7μm)磁光法拉第旋转谱.同其它的几种测量方法相比,该方法基本上排除了光源幅度变化和被测样的透射率大小等因素对测量结果的影响,明显地提高了测量信噪比.
In this paper,we have used bismuth oxide as a main flux and employed ionsubstitution technology to grow GdBiIG single crystals.The mageto-optic rotation spectrahave been measured using magneto optic modulated double frequency method in anear-infrared region (0.7~ 1.7μm).This messurement method is not affected by the lightintensity change of the light source and unstable factors of other devices in optical circuit.It improves evidently the measurement signal-to-noise ratio.
