摘要
本文首次对垫江柚(Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck var.Dianji-angyu Hort.)的染色体数目及核型进行了报道。核型公式为2n=18=12m+6sm(2SAT)。即6对中部着丝粒染色体和3对近中部着丝粒染色体。其中,第6染色体上有一对明显大于短臂的大随体。作者进一步讨论了柑桔大随体可作为研究柑桔类起源和系统演化的一个稳定的遗传标志。
The counting of the chromosome number and the karyotype of Citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck var. Dianjiangyu Hort. is reported for the first time. The karyotype of somatic chromosomes in 2n=18=12m+6sm (2SAT) six pairs of metacentric and three pairs of submetacentric chromosome, with only one pair of remarkable satellites on №. 6 chromosome. The fact that the satellites are obviously larger than the short arm supporting the satelltes furnishes a new genetic marker for resarching the orgin and evolution of citrus fruits.
