摘要
在采果前1个月用100ppm的MAR、800ppm的MA—3和500ppm的MA—5,每隔7天喷射锦橙和柳橙的果实1次,共喷3次。11月10日采果。测定表明:锦橙经MAR、MA—3和MA—5处理后,果实中单糖、蔗糖和总糖的含量都显著高于对照(a=0.05)。其中,总糖较对照分别增加8.6%、12.0%、15.0%;柳橙经MA—5处理后,果实中总糖和蔗糖的含量显著高于对照和其它两个处理。其中,总糖较对照增加14.3%。所有处理的单糖含量与对照间无显著差异。
One month before picking, the soluions with the concentration of 100ppm MAR, 800ppm MA-3 and 500ppm MA-5 were sprayed on the fruit of Jingchen and Liuchen three times at intervals of 7 days, The was picked on 10 November. The determination showed that the contends of monosaccharide, cane sugar and total sugariners of Jingchen fruit treated with MAR, MA-3 and MA-5 were higher significantly than the control (α=0.05), The contendts of total sugar iness increased by 8.6%, 12.0% and 15.0% respectively over the control. The contents of cane sugar and total sugar iness of Liucheng fruit treated with MA-5 were higher than the control and the other two treatments significantely. The content of the total sugar iness increased by 14.3% over the control. The differences of the monose between all of the treatments and the control were not signi- fiacnt.
