摘要
利用扫描电镜观察了大螟、粘虫和红腹灯蛾的卵壳结构,并比较了卵壳的受精孔区和气乳等细微特征,以作为鳞翅目昆虫卵壳分类鉴定的参考。
Under the scanning electron microscope,the characteristics of thechorionic structure of three Lepidoptera insects-Sesamia inferens,Mythimna separata and Spilosoma punctaria were fully inverstigated,comparing the fine charactristics of micropyles and aeropyles to makereference for the taxonomic indentification of Lepidoptera insect eggshell.
