摘要
设有指数寿命型元件,其寿命服从参数为λ的指数分布,λ未知。今有试验数据:在时刻ti,试验Ni次,成功Si次,i=1,2,…,K,本文讨论基于数据:(ti,Ni,Si)i=1,2,…,K求λ的经典精确置信限及Bayes近似置信上限的问题。
Let A be an exponential-span type component and the span satisfy exponential distribution Eλ,here parameter λ is unknown.Assume that the number of sunccessful test and false test are Si.Fi respectively when time t=ti,(i=1,2, ..,k). In this paper we obtain the classical exact confidence upper limits and the Bayes approximate confidence limits of parameter λ.
