多层螺旋CT仿真内窥镜在骨性椎管病变诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT仿真内窥镜(CTVE)对骨性椎管病变的显示能力和临床应用价值。方法:对87例骨性椎管病变进行CTVE成像,并结合其2D图像进行分析。结果:87例骨性椎管病变均获得满意的CTVE图像,显示的病变直观、立体。CTVE检出了一些被2D图像漏诊的病变,但对于未累及骨性椎管表面的病变CTVE不能显示。结论:CTVE能较好地显示骨性椎管的内部情况。选取适当的导航方向和视野,结合其他2D、3D椎管成像CTVE可以明确诊断多种骨性椎管疾病,帮助和指导临床工作,具有独特的应用价值。 Objective: To evaluate the display ability and the clinical application of mutilslice spiral virtual endoscopy(CTVE) in the diagnosis of diseases of bony vertebral canal. Methods: Eighty-seven patients were examined by CTVE, then the findings were compared with 2D images. Results: After 87 patients showed successful CT virtual endoscopy images, the diseases were displayed stereoscopically. CTVE could find some abnormalities that were missed on 2D images, but CTVE was unable to show the disease when the surface of bony vertebral canal was intact. Conclusion: Multislice spiral CTVE could provide more information of the vertebral column by displaying inner wall and allowing users to find more abnormalities of the bony vertebral canal with proper navigational directions and visions. It is helpful in correct diagnosing and guiding clinical work.
