摘要
本文运用回归、相关和通径分析,剖析了16种氨基酸对白背飞虱Sogatella furcifera(Horvath)危害的关系。找出了38种与抗虫性有关的主效氨基酸。不同抗虫品种的诱食和抑食主效氨基酸比值区间为:高抗虫品种小于0.6,中抗虫品种为0.7—1,感虫品种大于1。凡抗性越强的品种,其比值越小;反之越大。
16 kinds of aminoacids for rice cultivar resistant against Sogatollafureifere were analysed.8 kinds of major effective ones were found inconnection with the resistance to the pests.The major effective amoni-acid ratio range between the baiting and suppression feeding of the vari-ous resistant varieties was included as follows:high resistant varietiesare less than 0.6;the medium ones are 0.7—1;while the susceptible onesare more than 1.To the strong resistant varieties the ratio becomes lessand less,while to the weak ones the ratio becomes more greater.
