摘要
为适应当前企业科技管理工作迅速发展,开发先进的科技文献资料管理系统成为企业急需。在介绍B/S模式系统结构设计、数据库设计和服务器设计方法的基础上,详细说明了J2EE技术、组件技术、工作流引擎和报表实现等系统实现关键技术,构建的B/S模式文献资料管理系统实现了企业科技资料管理人员网上自动化管理和企业科技资料应用人员的网上查询与办公,保证了信息流程中数据的一致性、实时性,减少了劳动强度,节约了办公费用,提高了工作效率,方便企业科技资料的查询和应用,使得文献资料管理工作完全流程化和自动化。
In order to suites the development of enterprise science and technology management work, it becomes requirement to develop advanced enterprise science and technology literature information management system. Based on introducing the design of system architecture, database and application server, several key problems are discussed, such as J2EE technology, component technology, workflow engine and implementing the report table. B/S model literature information management system implements the management, query and work on network. It ensures the coherence and realtime information data, reduces labor, stints expenses, improves work efficiency, and it′s expedient to query or use information by flow work.
