摘要
高校是培养高层次人才的基础和摇篮,要培养出更多适应21世纪需要的人才,就必须提高高校的人事管理工作。本文从新世纪高校人事工作的重要性、人事工作的任务、特点等方面分析高校人事管理干部应具备的职业道德素质。
Higher schools is the base and cradle of training high-leveled personnel. To train more personnel who meet the need of 21st century, we must improve the personnel management of higher schools. On the basis of the importance of the personnel work in higher schools and the task and characteristics of the personnel work in higher schools, the article analyzes the professional ethicis of the cadres of personnel management in higher schools.
