摘要
通过对传统机车和高速机车受力状态及力流分布的比较分析,从结构强度和刚度出发,在满足高速机车运行和功能要求的条件下,借助于承载梁的合理布置以及梁截面型式和尺寸的适当选择,充分发挥了各个梁件在车体结构中的作用,并大大提高了车体的整体刚度,从而使车体重量等到了大幅度降低。高速机车车体每延米重量约为0.5吨,比传统设计减轻了50%还多。
In this paper the loads and their distribution on the bodies of high speed locomotives are compared with those of traditional locomotives.It is considered that the totalstrength of a body can be increased on the basis of resonable arrangement of bean1s and optimizing their cross sections so that all beams may play an effective role in the whole structure,and at the same time all requirements under the condition of high speed can be met.Asaresult,the weight of a body can be greatly reduced, and the weight per meter can bereached to 0.5 ton,this is 50% lower than that of a traditional locomative.
