摘要
本文分析了高速动力车转向架电机体悬式双空心轴驱动机构的运动学关系,当单元的体恳挂点作相对于中央定位坐标的位移时,本文给出了确定内外空心轴位置的计算方法;求出了内空心轴抛物线形“硬弹簧”的横向定位刚度特性,认为联轴器橡胶球关节的最大径向压缩量应根据最大驱动扭矩,连杆最大转用(受驱动部件止档限制)以及预压缩量来确定。
The kinemics of body-hung driving-braking-unit with double hollow axle in highspeed powering bogie is analysed in this paper.A method to determine the positions ofwheelset.inner and outer hollow axles is deduced,and the characteristics of the inner hollowaxle's equivelent is obtained also. The total press amount of spherical rubber links is deter-mined by driving force,prepressure and kinematic compensation.
