摘要
介绍了聚合物冻胶体系延迟交联作用机理,并针对深部调剖技术要求,研制一种高效延迟交联剂配方,使聚丙烯酰胺堵剂冻胶的成胶时间在3~6天。该堵剂具有可泵性好,交联时间可控,成胶后强度高、对人造岩心封堵率大等特点,可用于深部调剖。
The retarding crosslinking mechanism of polymer gel system is discussed. And in accordance with the technical needs of deep profile, a new high-efficiency retarding crosslinked agent composition is developed, which can retard gelation time of the polyacrylamide plugging agent gel from 3 to 6 days. This plugging agent possess such advantages as easy pumping, adjustable crosslinking time, high gel strength after gelation, and better plugging rate for artificial cores, which make deep profile control feasible.
