摘要
在资源的配置模式中,帕累托最优是一种最优配置方式,但现实经济中帕累托资源配置模式是很少存在的。市场垄断、行政干预等因素会使资源最优配置模式发生扭曲,符合现实经济的资源配置模式是扭曲条件下的最优/次优。但是在寻找次优解中,由于约束条件复杂、信息成本等原因无法找到次优解,这是资源配置在次优模式下的困境。本文通过对次优理论的回顾,梳理出次优困境的现实意义,分析比较了社会制度转型期面临的次优困境,以期对次优困境下我国社会制度转型期有所启示。
Best theory is a optimization mode in configuring resource, however the instance can not exist in realism. Monopolization in market and the intervening by administration make the optimization mode distorted. The mode, which answered for the realism condition, needs the second-best in the distorted conditions. However, the second-best theory can not find its explain for some complex restrained conditions and the cost of information. The challenge may be the second-best problem. The text will discuss the second-best problem and give some enlightenment for the system reform path in our country. The paper sums up some realistic meaning by reviewing the second best theory, and analyzes the second-best problem that is confronted in the change of the community system. We want to give some enlightenment and helping about the change of the community system in our country.
