摘要
南宁市是广西壮族自治区首府,共有人口115万人,日产垃圾到2010年将达1588t。南宁生活垃圾焚烧项目包含了利用生活垃圾焚烧余热和填埋气体发电的建设内容,生产的电能作为替代现有电网供电的可再生能源,从而可减少温室气体排放。文章分析在该项目中应用CDM(清洁发展机制)的可行性和考虑因素,并介绍根据CDM原则对项目减排量进行估算的方法。
Nanning,with its population of 11.5 million,is the capital of Guangxi province in China.The city will generate about 1588tons of waste by 2010.Thus,Nanning Waste Burning Power Generation Project can make use of the heat from the waste burning process and the landfill gas to generate power,which can be sent to the grid as substitute energy and achieve GHG(green house gas) reduction.The feasibility and considerations of CDM(clean development mechanism) ap-plication in this project are analyzed in this paper.The evaluation methodology of equivalent emission reduction according to CDM principles is introduced also.
