基于TRIZ的抽油机方案设计决策支持系统研究 被引量：2

摘要 为提高设计效率,实现计算机辅助创新方案设计,针对抽油机方案设计的缺陷和不足,将发明问题解决原理(TRIZ)引入到机械产品方案设计中来产生创新设计方案。利用先进的计算机支持技术—智能决策支持系统(IDSS)来实现,通过对系统构造方法、体系结构、问题求解的方案生成、方案决策和方案评价方法等方面进行讨论,建立了基于TRIZ的机械产品方案设计的智能决策支持系统(TRIZ-IDSS)。通过对抽油机的改进实例分析表明,该系统有助于设计人员拓宽思考空间,打破思维定势,辅助设计人员提出富有创造性的设计方案,并为机械领域产品创新提供科学的理论指导和指明探索方向。
