摘要
目的:动物实验观察美兰预防龋齿的效果,为美兰预防龋齿的临床研究提供实验依据。方法:采用Keyes龋齿评分法观察美兰对SpraagueDawley大鼠磨牙龋的预防效果。结果:在E级龋损和Ds级龋损级别中,美兰组与蒸馏水组比较相差非常显著(P<0.01),与氟化钠组相差不显著(P>0.05);Dm级龋损仅见于蒸馏水组,美兰组及氟化钠组均未发生;Dx级龋损在三组中均未出现。结论:美兰能够减少SpraagueDawley大鼠磨牙龋的发生。
Objective:To study the effect of methylene blue on dental caries prevention of experimental animal, and provide experimental evidence for clinic application of methylene blue on dental caries prevention. Method:Keyes method was used to evaluate the effect of methylene blue on Spraague-Dawley mouse dental caries.Result:In E and Ds class, there are significantly different between methylene blue group and the control group (P<0.01), but no significantly different between methylene blue group and NaF group(P>0.05); Dm class was only found in the control group; Dx class was not found in all three groups.Conclusion:Methylene blue can reduce Spraague-Dawley mouse dental caries.
