摘要
目的:应用异体复合陶瓷化骨粉修复种植牙骨缺损,为解决种植区骨量不足探索新的修复材料。方法:将制备的异体陶瓷化骨粉调制后,植入已测量记录的种植牙骨缺损区,严密缝合伤口,7d拆线。不同时期拍X线片观察。6个月后二次手术切开,观察并测量残余骨缺损。结果:不同时期X线片显示骨缺损区暗影逐渐模糊,5个月后与周边正常骨影像基本一致。骨缺损修复率达87.9%。结论:异体复合陶瓷化骨粉应用于种植牙骨缺损,骨修复率高,可取得满意的临床效果。
Objective:using variant porcelained bone dust to restore the osseous defects of alveoli in implant surgery is a new technology, which can be researched to solve the problem of the deficiency of alveolar bone in the implanting region.Method: After blending well, implanted the variant porcelained bone dust into the region of osseous defect in alveoli, where had been measured and recorded. Then sutured the cut accurately and took out stitches in 7 days. Be sure to photo in the different periods of the progress. Opened the same region by the second operation to observe and measure the remaining osseous defects after 6 months.Result: By observing the X-ray image of the different periods, we found that the later the image was gotten, the blurrier the shadow (indicated the deficient region in the alveoli) was. And it was almost the same to the image of the normal bone around after 5 months. The restoring rate of osseous defects came to 87.9%. Conclusion: The clinical effect by using variant porcelained bone dust to restore the osseous defects was gained satisfactorily because of the high restoring rate.
