摘要
目的通过对我国1994-2003年艾滋病健康教育研究文献的统计分析,了解我国10年间艾滋病防治的基本情况和发展规律。方法用《清华同方中文期刊全文数据库(CHKD)》网络版,以“艾滋病”、“HIV”、“健康教育”为关键词在高级检索状态下,以“艾滋病”或“HIV”和“健康教育”为检索表达式进行1994-2003年的文献检索。结果1994-2003年我国艾滋病健康教育研究文献共364篇,2001年后,年文献量呈爆发增长之势,2001-2003年共252篇,占全部文献的69.2%。载文频次处于前3位的期刊分别是《中国健康教育》、《中国学校卫生》和《中国性病艾滋病防治》,这3种期刊共计发表152篇,占全部文献的41.8%。10年间艾滋病健康教育疾病控制机构(防疫站)总计发表130篇,大学(学院)共发表93篇,医院发表加篇,占全部文献的72.3%;10年间干预效果评价共143篇,问卷调查认知水平共103篇,预防控制领域共30篇,以上3方面共计占全部文献的75.8%。结论政府的重视对改变一种流行病的防治现状起着关键的作用。从2001年开始,疾病控制机构已承担起艾滋病健康教育的重要任务。目前,我国艾滋病健康教育主要集中在干预效果评价和问卷调查认知水平领域。
Objective Though the statistical analysis on the literature of HIV health education research reveal the basis and the trend of prevention and control of HIV in the past 10 years in China. Methods ' AIDS' , ' HIV' , 'Health Education', and 'Qinghua Tongfang Chinese Journal Data of All Article (CHKD)' were entered as keywords for the search in the internet. All the literature of HTV health education research from 1994 to 2003 were collected and analyzed. Results There were 364 papers published on HIV health education research from 1994 to 2003 in China. The quantity of literature per year was explosively increased after 2001. There were 252 (69.2%) literature published between 2001 and 2003.The first 3 journals which published most of the literature (152 papers, 41.8%) were 'Zhongguo JiangKang JiaoYu', 'ZhongGuo XueXiao WeiSheng', and 'ZhongGuo XinBing AaiZiBing FangZhi'. There were 267 (72.3%) literature published by centers for disease control and prevention(130) , universities (93) and hospitals(40). There were 273(75.8%) literature on the evaluation of interference policy (143), question and answer investigation(103),and control and prevention (30). Conclusions The government may play a key role to change the present condition of a epidemic disease. The centers for disease control and prevention were undertaken the importance work of AIDS health education. The AIDS health education work in China was focus on the evaluation of interference policy, and question and answer investigation.
