摘要
目的了解东莞市某区使用苯及其化合物企业职业病危害现状,为预防和控制职业病危害的发生提供依据。方法制定《使用苯及其化合物企业现状调查表》对辖区内使用苯及其化合物企业进行劳动卫生学调查。结果88间使用苯及其化合物企业主要集中在制鞋业(55间,占62.5%)和家具制造业(17间,占19.3%)。88间企业中使用合格粘胶剂的企业为45.5%,设有危害警示标志的为29.5%,车间有毒无毒分开的为55.7%,配备有效抽送风排毒设施的为59.1%,能提供车间有害物质检测报告的为45.5%,有劳保用品的为63.6%。劳动者健康监护方面:上岗前的体检率为35.9%,在岗时的为39.3%,离岗时的为7.3%,无一企业建立起职业健康监护档案。实行“三同时”验收的企业为9.1%。结论目前该区使用苯及其化合物企业的前期预防意识淡薄,劳动过程中的防护与管理不足,存在严重的职业病危害隐患,应加强《职业病防治法》的贯彻落实,保护劳动者的健康权益。
Objective To understand the status-quo of occupational diseases in one legion of Dongguan where Benzene and its compounds are used, and to provide basis for supervision and control of occupational diseases. Methods 'Survey report on Enterpise using Benzene and its compounds' was prepared. Investigation of the worker's health was conducted in all the related companies. Results There are 88 factories using Benzene and its compounds, most of them are shoe-factories (55, 62.5%) and furniture makers (17, 19.3%). In these 88 factories, 45.5% use adhesives which are up to standards. 29.5% have put up with hazard sign. 55.7% have separated the poison workshop and non-poison workshops. 59.1% are equipped with effective ventilation facilities. 45.5% can provide harmful substance monitoring report. 63.6% have labor-protection equipment. In the aspect of worker's health condition supervision; 35.9% provide health-check before taking the job. 39.3% provide health-check on the job. 7.3% provide health-check when leaving the position. No factories have complete occupational health supervision file. 9.1% of the factories adopt 3-simultaneity inspection. Conclusions Currently this region has weak awareness in preventing the hazard caused by benzene and its compounds. The protection and control measures are not sufficient. There are potential hazards of occupational disease. The implementation of 'Occupational Disease Prevention Laws' should be enhanced in order to further the health right of the labors.
