摘要
随着社会的转型和市场化转轨,企业单位的性质呈多元化趋势发展。作为企业文化重要组成部分的体育也伴随着时代发展。在对广州、东莞、顺德三地三类不同性质的企业进行问卷调查的基础上,采用数理统计和理论分析方法,对社会转型期我国企业体育的现状、影响因素进行了深入的分析,并针对企业体育的未来发展趋势提出了八个方面的对策。
As a very important part of culture in enterprises,sports are changing with social transiting and market-ing.On the basis of questionnaire on sports in enterprises in Guangzhou,Dongguang and Shunde,the present situa-tion and factors were analyzed deeply and eight corresponding solutions were put forward according to the tendency of sports in enterprises.
