摘要
文章研究了基于交流步进控制理论的永磁同步电动机控制策略及其在电动执行器中的应用,并利用DSP芯片TMS320F240设计了全数字控制器,完成了步进电源触发的执行器驱动器设计,并对本课题开发的执行器系统的结构和性能进行了分析。实验证明,系统具有良好的速度和位置控制性能。
The paper studies the PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor) step control and its application in electric actuators. And, the design of fully digital controller with DSP chip TMS320F240 and the construction of the step power triggered driver of actuators are included. For the more, the AC motor drive control system with high performance is implemented with adopting the designing idea for integrating the electrics and mechanics. Finally, the good speed and control performance of the whole system are verified by the experiments.
