摘要
通过对载体制备条件的研究,研制出具有良好稳定性的T iO2-ZrO2复合载体;采用该载体制备催化剂,考察该催化剂对丙烯酸废水湿式氧化反应的处理效果。实验结果表明,采用T iO2-ZrO2复合载体负载Pt的质量分数为0.5%的催化剂,在反应温度270℃、反应压力7.0M Pa、液态空速1.0h-1、气液体积比150的条件下,对化学需氧量(COD)(重铬酸钾法)高达32g/L的强酸性丙烯酸废水进行处理,处理后废水的COD接近100m g/L左右,废水可直接排放。
Preparation of Pt/TiO2-ZrO2 catalyst for wet oxidation of waste water from acrylic acid production plant was investigated. The work focused on preparation of composite support TiO2-ZrO2 which was excellent in stability. The catalysts with mass fraction of Pt 0.5% supported on TiO2-ZrO2 had good catalytic activity and stability. Chemical oxygen demand (COD) (Cr) of waste water could be reduced from 32 g/L to about 100 mg/L when reaction conditions were: temperature, 270°C; pressure, 7.0 MPa; LHSV, 1.0 h-1 and V(air) : V(water)=150. After catalytic oxidation treatment, the waste water could meet the requirement and could be discharged directly.
