摘要
运用遥感技术及实地考察资料，对陕西秦巴山区水土流失现状、危害、成因进行了系统分析研究，在此基础上，提出了改善生态环境和防治水土流失灾害发生、发展的基本对策．
Based on the investigation data and the measurement of remote sense tecnology,a systematic analysis is made of the present situation, harmfulness and it's source of water loss and soil erosion in the Qinba mountains,Shaanxi province. Furthermore,the basic and useful countmeasures for water and soil conservation and improvement of ecological enviroment in the mountain regions are given. In addition, some constractive suggestions serve as guide to the development and conservation of mountains environment in China.
