摘要
用内径３ｍｍ，长２ｍ的不锈钢柱，内填ＰＥＧ－１２０００，Ｎａ３ＰＯ４，１０１固定相，对醋酸与二甲胺缩合产物进行了气相色谱分析。确定了色谱分析条件，测定了各组分的热导相对质量校正因子。该柱在所给条件下可满足对醋酸与二甲胺缩合反应的研究和工业产品分析的要求。
A methd of chromatographic analysis for condensation products of acetic acid and dimethylamine is studied by using a stailless steel column (2 m long, dimeter 3 mm, PEG 12000/Na3PO4 as fixing solution and 101 support material as carrier). The chromatographic conditions are defined. The quantitative factors of all groups are determined. Under the given conditions, the column may satisfy the requirements of the study for the condensation reaction of Me2NH and HAc, and the analysis in industry.
