摘要
目前我国资本市场在规模、功能、结构、规则等方面存在着严重的制度缺陷。资本市场发展与经济发展不协调的现状表明,我国迫切需要培育和建立多层次的资本市场,其主要模式包括主板市场、二板市场、三板市场以及以区域性资本市场为体系的多层次资本市场,扩充资本市场的服务对象,健全和完善资本市场服务体系,以适应我国经济发展过程中不同类型企业的融资需求。
Threre are lots of system defect in the scale ,function,structure,rule etc of the capital market.The development of capital market is uncoordinated with the economic development. It is urgent to set up and cultivate mul-level capital market.The major models include the main market; the second board market; the third board market and local capital market.We must expand the service object of capital market ,make amendment and complete the service system of the capital market in order to adapt the finance of the different mid and small medium-sized enterprises.
