摘要
近些年来,我国居民收入总体上增长较快,但城乡居民收入差距进一步拉大,农民收入增长相对缓慢。本文分析了我国农村人力资本投资与收入状况,进一步论证了农村人力资本投资对农民收入的影响机制。我国农村人力资本投资不足、人力资本投资收益率相对低下,是导致农民增收困难的根本原因。笔者认为,提高农村人力资本投资是解决问题的关键,为此提出了一些建设性对策。
In the recent years, the overall income of Chinese residents has been going up quickly, but the income gap between city dwellers and country farmers has broadened, with the comparatively slower increase of the latter. This essay analyzes the conditions of human-capital investment in rural areas in China and farmers' income, and further demonstrates the mechanism. The problem lies in the insufficiency and low efficiency of human-capital investment in rural areas in China. This essay holds that the solution to the problem is to improve the human-capital investment in the rural areas, and proposes some constructive measures.
